Larry Elder is not happy about being told he isn’t qualified to be in the debate after he amassed the needed 40,000 unique donors and achieved 1% in two different polls.

Except one of those polls is affiliated with Trump and therefore the RNC said he did not qualify.

The pollster which Elder was told was affiliated with Trump is Rasmussen. Elder responded that the pollster isn’t affiliated with him, but the was told that a poll affiliated with any candidate would be rejected.

Elder is pissed and is now filing for this emergency injunction.
