Trump’s <a href="https://therightscoop.com/breaking-trump-appeals-to-supreme-court-to-halt-lower-court-ruling-on-alien-enemies-act-deportation-flights/">appeal</a> is before the Supreme Court, so this may become moot if they overrule it, which I hope they will.
