James O’Keefe has just won a big victory in his defamation lawsuit against CNN which was dismissed by a federal judge in the state of Georgia.

O’Keefe appealed the dismissal to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and they have reversed that judgement and is allowing the defamation case to proceed against CNN.

Justice Ed Carnes actually concluded that not only has O’Keefe plausibly argued that CNN host’s Anna Cabrera’s statements about him were false, but materially false. Meaning that Cabrera knew she was lying when she accused O’Keefe of misinformation because he failed to blur all of the house numbers of someone he interviewed.
