The Houthis kidnapped a ship in the Red Sea overnight that is partially owned by an Israeli businessman, according to the Jerusalem Post.
The IDF weighed in on this kidnapping this morning, calling it a “grave incident of global consequence.”
However they point out that it is not an Israeli ship and there were no Israelis on it:

JPost says the ship was leased to a Japanese company: “The cargo ship, Bahamas-flagged Galaxy Leader, was leased from a British company partly owned by Israeli Rami Unger to a Japanese company.”
They add “On board the ship are 25 crew members of different nationalities, including Ukrainians, Bulgarians, Filipinos, and Mexicans. No Israelis were onboard, the ministry said.”
