The House just passed a bill to ban TikTok if the Chinese Communist Party owner ByteDance won’t sell the company.

The bill also authorizes the sell of seized Russian assets to give money to Ukraine, as well as stricter sanctions on Russia, China and Iran.

I would hope that the Senate would want to ban TikTok given the overwhelming vote in the House. But that remains to be seen.
