Hamas agreed today to allow some of the 500 Americans they are keeping hostage in Gaza (not the captured hostages) though the Rafah crossing. But it wasn’t many at all.

They only allowed five Americans to leave Gaza according to Trey Yingst, who independently confirmed this:

They released only a few because they want to give Biden false hope that he can get them all out. It’s leverage. They want Biden to put pressure on Netanyahu to stop the ground invasion and get a ceasefire.

My fear is that Biden will at some point capitulate because of these 500 Americans in Gaza. I don’t know why though. He was willing to leave hundreds of Americans behind in Afghanistan with the barbarians. But I guarantee you he won’t leave these behind, because he wants to get reelected.
