The man who protected the lives of everyone on the subway by engaging a hostile suspect and subduing him has just been indicted by the Soros district attorney in New York City.
Via Yahoo News:
A grand jury has indicted former U.S. Marine Daniel Penny in connection with the chokehold death of Jordan Neely aboard a subway train, law enforcement sources told ABC News.
The exact charges will not be unsealed until Penny appears in court at a later date, the sources said. Penny was initially arrested on a second-degree manslaughter charge.
Mark Levin responded to the news a few moments ago saying “Hero indicted. Law-abiding citizens, get the hell out of NYC as fast as possible. Your liberty and life depend on it.”
Couldn’t agree more. I just hope Penny can get a fair trial in New York City.
I will note that his legal defense fund, which is still getting new donors, has raised “2,865,726” at the time of this post.
