A federal judge denied a motion to block a rule by the Secretary of State in Ohio that would require a voter to provide proof of citizenship if their status is unclear.

The judge found that “Plaintiffs have not demonstrated an undue burden on their fundamental right to vote nor that they have suffered disparate treatment so as to warrant the exercise of the Court’s remedial powers on their behalf.”

Ask yourself this: Why do Democrats fight so hard against Voter ID & Proof of Citizenship? My answer would be that those two elements of identity can invalidate any and all election fraud that they want to pull off.

George is absolutely right. We’ve said for years that Democrats oppose Voter ID laws and such because they want the ability to cheat. I remember when Obama’s DOJ fought against states imposing these laws, claiming they were racist and would keep blacks from voting. It was garbage then and it’s garbage now.

Kudos for this George W. Bush appointee for a great ruling.
