A federal judge in New York has denied the request by President Trump’s DOJ to unseal the grand jury files for Jeffrey Epstein, claiming there is no justification to unseal them.

The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York denied the Trump administration’s request to unseal Jeffrey Epstein grand jury transcripts and exhibits.

This is the second time a federal judge has denied the Trump administration’s request to release additional information about the disgraced financier who was accused of sex trafficking.

The federal government failed to demonstrate “any special circumstances” that justify the unsealing, Judge Richard Berman wrote in a ruling.

The court emphasized the need to maintain secrecy in this case, including to protect victims.

Of course. Also, Judge Berman is a Clinton appointee. I’m sure that’s gonna fuel some conspiracies…
