Joe Biden’s doctor says he doesn’t have COVID anymore, saying his symptoms have resolved and he’s not longer testing positive for the virus.

Biden is performing all his presidential duties, but he still won’t meet with Netanyahu. He’s still sending in Kamala to do what he’s unwilling to do. And even she is snubbing Netanyahu, by boycotting his speech tomorrow to both sessions of Congress.
