A disciplinary board has reportedly concluded that Rudy Giuliani should be disbarred over his part in trying to uncover the 2020 election fraud.

Here’s the report via Politico:

A Washington, D.C.-based bar discipline committee concluded Friday that Rudy Giuliani should be disbarred for “frivolous” and “destructive” efforts to derail the 2020 presidential election in support of Donald Trump.

This isn’t the final say. Politico wrote in their subheader that Giuliani’s “ultimate disbarment or other penalty would be decided by the D.C. Court of Appeals.”

Some of this is a bit of a blur but I distinctly remember Giuliani separating himself from Sidney Powell and her ‘kraken’ efforts that went nowhere in court. But I guess that doesn’t matter because Giuliani was aligned with Trump and thus he must be destroyed. I think it really just boils down to that. I just hope the D.C. Court of Appeals gives him a fair shake if it gets there.
