White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt just announced this morning that deportation flights have begun.

She writes “President Trump is sending a strong and clear message to the entire world: if you illegally enter the United States of America, you will face severe consequences.”

 
Fox News reporter Brooke Taylor adds “According to CBP sources, plane holds 80 and this specific plane took off from Biggs Army in El Paso and went to Guatemala, which is one of the top category of migrants they encounter in El Paso.”

 
Addressing this last night, Tom Homan said the “US Air Force is going to supply four aircraft to remove up to 5,000 aliens” and they’ve done this within three days.

He also says the DOD stepping in to help with military aircraft is a ‘force multiplier’ for immigration officials. He says they have limited funding and not having to run these flights themselves allows ICE officers to continue rounding up and deporting illegals:
