Bill Melugin is on the ground in San Diego where he just witnessed buses full of illegal immigrants from many different countries being offloaded by the Border Patrol.

When he asked what was happening, some of them said they were headed to different places around the country to find work.

 
These illegals were then picked by new buses being run by an NGO…
