Nick Sortor, who was arrested by Portland Police and charged with disorderly conduct when he was only defending himself against Antifa attackers, has now gotten a hold of a document via a FOIA request that exposed the fraud of his arrest.

Sortor writes: “My attorney obtained the Portland prosecutor’s internal memo DECLINING to pursue the case against me—and even HE admitted I committed NO crime and acted in lawful self-defense.”

He continued:

The truth’s out: I was justified, and I NEVER should have been arrested.

“Any physical contact he had with other persons was defensive in nature, reasonable under the circumstances, and therefore justified by ORS 161.195. SORTOR’s conduct of attempting to video record and shine a bright light at the other side, while certainly provocative, is not criminal and does not give rise to any legally justifiable ability to respond with force.”

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that Sortor did nothing wrong and that Portland Police were just looking for something to charge him with. Now with this being exposed, it’s clear that Portland’s police department is corrupt and the DOJ investigation into the department is absolutely warranted.
