DHS Secretary Kristi Noem revealed tonight on Fox News that she met with the mayor of Portland today and gave him a big ultimatum.

What she is demanding is more security around the building to create a buffer zone and keep her officers safe, among other things.

But she says she left the meeting disappointed:
