Senate Democrat leader Chuck Schumer just announced a shocker, saying that he will vote for the Republican CR that passed the House earlier this week in order to keep the government open.

Just yesterday Chuck was calling on Democrats to vote against the current CR, calling for only a one month CR so they could do this all again. So what happened between then and now???

Schumer’s switch here has upset Democrats who wanted him to shut down the government to fight Republicans and Trump. Some are confused by the switcheroo and I see some are already calling on him to retire.
