Joe Biden was supposed to come out and discuss the mass shooting where three children and three adults were shot and killed by 28-year-old female at a Christian school in Tennessee.

But instead of taking a somber attitude, Biden began his speech by joking about chocolate chip ice cream with the audience. Not kidding.

Biden did eventually address the ‘gun violence’, but not before mentioning that he had a whole refrigerator full of chocolate chip ice cream at the White House. Did Nancy lend him one of hers?

You would think that Biden’s handlers would have told him not to act like an embarrassing old codger before speaking about these children who lost their lives today.

I can’t belive we still have nearly two years with this guy in the White House.
