ABC’s George Stephanopoulos apologized today after a video showed him telling the truth about Joe Biden while out on the streets of New York.
A pedestrian asked him “Do you think Biden should step down? You’ve talked to him more than anybody else has lately.”
Stephanopoulos responded “I don’t think he can serve four more years.”
Today Stephanopoulos issued an apology:
ABC News anchor George Stephanopoulos apologized Tuesday for telling a stranger that he doesn’t think President Biden can serve another four years in office.
“Earlier today I responded to a passerby. I shouldn’t have,” Stephanopoulos said in a statement Tuesday night response to the video’s release, ABC News reported.
In its own statement, ABC News said that Stephanopoulos had “expressed his own point of view and not the position of ABC News.”
Of course Stephanopoulos and the media at large know Joe Biden can’t go another four years, just like they knew he was having problems all this time and didn’t say anything.
The only difference now is that the media is happy to try and push Joe Biden out and that’s why Stephanopoulos’ job is totally fine.
