An investigation began last month after a 16-year-old girl at the Community Intervention Center in Oklahoma City said she had been the victim of human trafficking.

She told the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control that a lot of "bad stuff" had been done to her, according to the Oklahoman. The girl said she had been "dogged out" after a man approached her outside a Days Inn and took her to his room.

She explained she meant she had been sold "over and over" without getting to keep any of the money for herself. She went on to say she had been assaulted.

The authorities have charged three people who were at the Days Inn with the victim: Jordell Tawan Henderson, 38; Aubri Parsons, 28; and Megan Ann Miller, 30. All three of the suspects have been charged with felony counts of conspiracy, human trafficking, pandering, distributing child pornography, and using a computer during a crime.

The report noted that the three have been accused of recruiting the teenager, providing her shelter, posting nude photos of her on a prostitution website, and arranging for her to meet with men who responded to ads.

According to an affidavit, the teenager conceded that she had been looking for "dates" on the streets to make money. She added that she knew Henderson only as "Teddy P."

When Henderson approached the girl, he apparently said "I got you," reportedly referring to her wish to make some money. She shared with agents that Henderson took her to a hotel room where he was staying with his "baby momma," adding that Henderson shot her up with meth.

"When we were able to interview her [the girl], it was clear that she was very upset, not in a good way, and that she was really needing some help," Mark Woodward said, spokesperson for the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics.

"It's very concerning how people manipulate, especially young kids, into human trafficking."

After staying with Henderson for three days, the girl said she was made to "sign her life away," the report said. She was subsequently assaulted in the hotel room and had all her belongings taken away.

Agents went undercover after discovering Parsons had her own ads on the prostitution website. She was arrested on August 23 after an agent had arranged for a "sex date" for $200. Henderson and Miller, according to the report, were already in custody at the Cleveland County jail on charges of robbery.

"My agency will do everything in its power to stop those who are preying on the young and vulnerable," Donnie Anderson said, director of the Narcotics Bureau.

“I am extremely pleased to report that the victim is in a facility designed to help victims of human trafficking and she is doing very well. I am also proud of these outstanding agents who worked tirelessly for weeks to get the traffickers off the streets."

Parsons sobbed and apparently expressed remorse over posting the teen's ad.

"Teddy told me to," she claimed. "There's no way to get out of this, is there? ... I'm going to prison for (expletive) life. ... I should've just told him no. ... I should've gone home."

While in jail, Henderson claimed he never trafficked the girl. But he did admit to having sex with the victim, per the affidavit.

"I feel like I'm going, I'm going to hell," he said. "All this is all bad."
