We are almost there.

More than 1,000 of you have contributed to our webathon for a total of more than $140,000. By my quite limited math, that’s an average of $140 per contribution.

So, extending my computational skills to the max, that would mean we need only about another 70 of you to contribute to get us to our goal of $150,000.

Just 70!

That’s not a lot. Please consider being one of them. We are grateful for every penny, and it all goes to supporting our invaluable journalism.

Again, we only need several dozen of you to chip in, and if you haven’t been moved by our stirring appeals, then I hope you’ll at least say, “Okay, Rich, just to stop your pestering, I’ll contribute something.”
