There has been some speculation about a forthcoming marriage boom as Swift’s millions of fans may want to copy her. (It’s peculiar that it’s always Swift’s fans, not Kelce’s, that are the presumed movers in these predictions, even though the man in a relationship is generally the one who does the proposing, and he is stereotypically the one more hesitant about marriage.)
