Assuming you don’t find Mark’s latest post compelling, let me urge you to consider chipping in for another reason selected at random here on Saturday afternoon. Let’s consider just the last 24 hours of Andy McCarthy’s output. Again, I’m writing on a Saturday afternoon, not, say, a busy Tuesday morning. And Andy has two substantial pieces up over the last 24 hours, one an excoriating account of the Biden-Hur transcript, the other a wholly original take on the much-anticipated, if ultimately disappointing Fani Willis disqualification ruling.
This is what he’s doing, if you check out his archive, every single day, maybe with Sundays off. And, like everyone else here, he’s doing it because he cares so much about this stuff. If you appreciate that commitment, and the passion and care that we bring to our work at NR, please consider chipping in to our little webathon. Taking the next step to $70,000 would be very helpful to our ultimate goal and very much appreciated.
I’ll even let Mark take credit.
By the way, you can also give to National Review Institute, the 501(c)(3) journalistic think tank that supports NR’s top talent and works to preserve and promote Bill Buckley’s legacy. Or even give to both. A contribution to NRI is tax deductible. Thank you.
