President Joe Biden, 80, tripped and fell as he was handing out diplomas at the Air Force Academy graduation ceremony in Colorado on Thursday.
Audience members could be heard screaming. The president was helped up by those around him within a few seconds.
Axios reporter Alex Thompson posted video of the incident and said “top Democrats have privately been saying for months that they’re nervous about Biden tripping on the trail.”

Biden is the oldest president in history and decided to run for a second term earlier this year. If he prevails and serves until its conclusion, Biden will reach the age of 86.
