Rachida Dati, who has served as France's minister of culture since January 2024, is under judicial investigation in various cases.
The former Member of the European Parliament (MEP) was charged for "passive corruption and influence peddling" after being accused of promoting the interests of Renault-Nissan within the European Parliament while working in Brussels.
