Posobiec condemned the alleged shooter, identified as 36-year-old&nbsp;Genesse Moreno, who brought a long rifle with "Free Palestine" inscribed on the side of it along with the young child. While there are reports that the boy was in Moreno's care, they are not thought to be directly related.<br>
