Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec reacted to claims by Disney that Star Wars protagonist Luke Skywalker is a member of the 'LGBTQ+' community, pointing out that he was in fact married with children. 

Posobiec, who is a fan of the original Star Wars franchise before the prequel and sequel films were released over the past 20 years, pointed out that Skywalker was actually married to a woman named Mara Jade.

"If you read Star Wars, or if you were into Star Wars in the 90s, you would know that Luke Skywalker does have a girlfriend," he explained. "Her name is Mara Jade, she becomes his wife, they get married, they have kids, there's a whole thing behind it in the original Star Wars."

"Where they are a knight similar to a ronin Samurai, that that is they're not necessarily beholden, they're not sworn to anyone Lord or king or do or any noble, and instead go around the land and right wrongs," he continued. "So this was the original concept of where the Jedi Knight came in, it was a knight with a monastic kind of background. And this would explain, of course, their connection with the force." 

Posobiec concluded by pointing out how left-wing cultural activism continues to ruin many of the greatest fictional franchises by deviating from the original plotlines. 

"Just like any other revolutionary movement, they're taking your heroes and they are defiling them," said Posobiec. "They are casting them into completely separate completely other completely deconstructed versions of themselves. This is why you can't get a good Superman made anymore. This is why you can barely get a good Batman out there. This is why they will take any institution and turn it into their own radical agenda."
