While celeb blogger Rosie O’Donnell yesterday begged fans of squeaky-clean ’tween Miley Cyrus to leave the girl alone, shock jock Howard Stern blasted Miley’s country crooner dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, for his role in the controversial Vanity Fair photo shoot.

The provocative portrait of Disney’s “Hannah Montana,” which shut down the Vanity Fair Web site Monday, shows the 15-year-old clad in a sheet with a come-hither look on her face. Ro said the photo was “beautiful” and claimed that doing a shoot with uberphotog Annie Leibovitz can be “very intimidating.”

But it’s Leibovitz’s shot of Miley draped over her father, who also plays her dad on “Hannah Montana,” that had Stern spewing venom on his satellite radio show.

“The picture disturbs me. It looks like his daughter is his girlfriend. He’s trying to be hot,” the Sirius yakker said. “He’s got to be incredibly grateful but angry about her success.

“Here’s a guy who had one hit. And then the cat disappeared. I don’t think he had much going on,” Stern said. “Then he has this kid and turns her into a showbiz kid. So then the kid goes into show business and becomes a megastar and he’s like, ‘oh (bleep).’ He’s sort of the guy who hangs on.”

Stern’s sidekick Artie Langer then chimed in: “That daughter of his is the only thing between him and going on ‘The Surreal Life.’ ”

Howard then tried to imagine what was going on in Billy Ray’s head.

“She’s my Frankenstein and I’m entitled to some of her scratch and lifestyle,” he said.
