Republican U.S. senatorial candidate Blake Masters celebrates with family and supporters during his election night watch party on August 02, 2022 in Chandler, Arizona. Masters, who has the blessing of former President Donald Trump, has seen his lead in the polls in recent days extend to double digits among likely GOP voters over businessman Jim Lamon and state Attorney General Mark Brnovich. It is the case of an ally turned adversary, as a former Arizona state senate hopeful, who once sided with former President Donald Trump, has turned against him.

Jim Lamon, who unsuccessfully contested the Arizona senate primary race in August 2022 is the sole donor for the “Actions Speak Louder Than Tweets’ political action committee, report said, citing an expert report.

Lamon was a candidate for the U.S. in 2022 for the GOP primary, but lost to Blake Masters, who was endorsed by Trump.

Masters would lose the general election against the incumbent, Democratic senator Mark Kelly.

Rob Pyers, research director for the non-partisan California Target Book, who was referred to as the expert tweeted confirming tweeted regarding the same on Wednesday.

“Huh. The Actions Speak Louder Than Tweets PAC (@WinIn2024), which has been running digital ads hitting Donald Trump from the right, is being bankrolled by a single donor: 2022 Republican #AZSen primary candidate & DEPCOM CEO Jim Lamon,” said Pyers in a tweet.

Pyers shared the PAC’s filing with the Federal Election Commission that it has received $24,000 in contributions over a three-month period.

Lamon incidentally was part of fake electors who signed papers falsely declaring Trump had won the state in 2020.

The “Actions Speak Louder Than Tweets” PAC’s website now shows that it supports Florida Governor Ron DeSantis in the Republic presidential primary.

Trump’s legal woes have piled up since his indictment from the Manhattan DA over the hush money payments prior to the 2016 election to former porn star, Stormy Daniels.

He was indicted the second on the mishandling of the classified documents after leaving the presidency. Trump is expected to be indicted by the special counsel over January 6 and by the Fulton County DA over the Georgia election inference.

Calling the governor “a man of action,” it lists among its goals taking the lead in fighting the Trump-Fauci lockdowns, standing up to the Disney and the Woke culture, and expanding and restoring Floridians’ gun rights.

DeSantis remains behind in the polls in the GOP as a Trump-Biden rematch is a more likely prospect for the general election.
