Under the terms of the deal, both parties will co-fund current and <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/biden-regulations-cost-americans-10000-per-household-study" target="_blank">future research and development costs</a>. Sanofi will pay $175 million upfront to Janssen, followed by development and commercial milestones.
