LOS ANGELES — CNN has reported that a white man driving a Ford Bronco is leading police on a chase all around Los Angeles.

According to CNN journalists on the ground, the white male has been identified as famed football player O.J. Simpson, who was fleeing arrest after a warrant was issued in connection with a double homicide.

"We are now taking you to a live video stream of the white man attempting to evade arrest," said anchor Jennifer Donaldson. "The fugitive Caucasian male, identified by police as O.J. 'The Juice' Simpson, is apparently being driven by another Caucasian male, Al Cowlings. The escape vehicle being driven is, of course, also white."

Journalists from other networks disputed CNN's reporting, stating that O.J. Simpson is an incredibly well-known black man. "O.J. is literally one of the most famous black men in the country," stated independent journalist Mickey Stanton. "I respect CNN and all, but I really do feel pretty confident that O.J. is not a white man. I'm standing by my reporting here."

At publishing time, CNN had confirmed that the murder victims were both black.

The Washington Commanders aren't the only sports team in Trump's crosshairs.
