Consumers wondering “where’s the beef?” will now be able to buy Wendy’s chili in stores thanks to a partnership between the fast-food chain and food maker Conagra Brands.

The chili contains beef, peppers, beans, and tomato sauce. The 15 ounce cans have a suggested retail price of $4.99.

It will be available in the chili section of grocery stores and at select online retailers nationwide starting in “spring 2023.” Conagra did not specify a more precise release date in its announcement of the partnership Wednesday.

“Wendy’s Chili has been a beloved menu item since our beginnings in 1969. We’re thrilled about the partnership with Conagra Brands and to have the opportunity to bring our brand’s iconic chili flavor to even more fans,” said Carl Loredo, chief marketing officer for the Wendy’s Company.

According to a listing of the chili on Instacart, each can will come with an offer for a free purchase of any size fries in the Wendy’s app on the inside of the can label.

Each 15 ounce can has 470 calories, 29 grams of protein, 20 grams of fat, 110 milligrams of cholesterol, 1.72 grams of sodium, and 44 grams of carbohydrates, according to a nutrition label posted on Instacart.
