NextImg:UFO above! Las Vegas police body cameras capture it

Video captured by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department body cameras of an unidentified object falling from the sky was released Wednesday.

The UFO was spotted by the cameras at 11:50 p.m. April 30; it crashed into a yard.

Around 40 minutes later, a 911 call was put in by that yard’s owner, who claimed that nonhuman entities were inside and adjacent to the crashed UFO.

“I swear to God this is not a joke. … They’re like 8 foot, 9 feet, 10 foot. They look like aliens to us. Big eyes. They have big eyes — like, I can’t explain it — and a big mouth. They’re shiny eyes. … They’re 100% not human,” the unnamed homeowner said on the call.

Responding police were not immediately skeptical, because they had seen the UFO descend.

“I’m not going to BS you guys. One of my partners said they saw something fall out of the sky, too. So that’s why I’m kind of curious. Did you see anything land in your backyard?” the unnamed officer asked the homeowner, as captured on body camera footage obtained by KLAS-TV, a Las Vegas CBS affiliate.

The investigation into the mysterious object and the beings purportedly associated with it has since been closed, with no definitive proof of the supposed aliens found at the scene.

If law enforcement determines the call was a purposeful hoax by the homeowner and his family, he could face a felony charge and one to four years in prison if convicted.
