Donald Trump has won the Joe Rogan sweepstakes.

After welcoming Elon Musk on as a guest, Mr. Rogan, who hosts a widely popular podcast, tossed his support behind the former president.

“The great and powerful @elonmusk. He makes what I think is the most compelling case for Trump you’ll hear, and I agree with him every step of the way,” Mr. Rogan wrote Monday on X. “For the record, yes, that’s an endorsement.”

Mr. Trump touted the endorsement later, at an evening rally in Pittsburgh. Mr. Trump appeared on Mr. Rogan’s podcast last week.

Vice President Kamala Harris flirted with appearing on the podcast, but Mr. Rogan refused to agree to the campaign’s terms.

“For the record the Harris campaign has not passed on doing the podcast,” Mr. Rogan wrote last week on social media. “They offered a date for Tuesday, but I would have had to travel to her, and they only wanted to do an hour.”
