Footwear brand Crocs is rolling out new shoes next month to kick off the NFL season, partnering with the league on a multiyear merchandising deal.
The pact involves Crocs making team-themed shoes and charms to go in the holes on the Crocs shoes, the NFL said in a release Monday. The league didn’t say how long the deal will last.
The shoes and other NFL-branded products will be available on the NFL online store, as well as on Crocs.com, Fanatics.com, at Dick’s Sporting Goods and via several select international retailers starting Sept. 18.
The new shoes will cost $80 to $85, according to CBS News, while the charms will cost $5 a pop.
The initial rollout of the “NFL x Crocs Collection” includes footwear for 14 NFL teams: the Buffalo Bills, Chicago Bears, Cincinnati Bengals, Dallas Cowboys, Denver Broncos, Detroit Lions, Houston Texans, Kansas City Chiefs, Las Vegas Raiders, Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings, Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Steelers and San Francisco 49ers.
Shoes for the remaining 18 teams will launch throughout the lifetime of the NFL’s deal with Crocs, the league said.
