A woman who interrupted Donald Trump's civil fraud trial in New York Wednesday has since been arrested.
Jenny Hannigan, 37, was a secretary for a Queens judge at the time that she attended Trump's trial and attempted to approach the front of the courtroom. Hannigan was also "yelling out to Mr. Trump,” per the Office of Court Administration spokesman Lucian Chalfen. Court officers ordered her to sit back down before escorting her outside the courtroom.

“You’re scaring me, and I have a right to be here," Hannigan was captured on camera telling three officers. "I’m an American citizen, and I’m also a court employee. I’m also just here to support Donald Trump.”
As a result of Hannigan's arrest, she was placed on administrative leave amid a pending investigation and further barred from state court buildings. She now faces the charges of one count of second-degree contempt of court and was given a desk appearance ticket, which is New York's legal equivalent of an arraignment.
New York Attorney General Letitia James is suing Trump for $250 million for allegedly inflating his own net worth to garner more favorable loan terms. James was also in attendance on Wednesday.

Trump denies any wrongdoing. He himself came close to a contempt in court charge when he threw his hands up in frustration during the proceedings, prompting Judge Arthur Engoron to instruct him and his lawyers to keep their voices down.

Asa Hutchinson, former governor of New Jersey Chris Christie, former Texas representative Will Hurd, Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC), Gov. Doug Burgum (R-ND), Gov.
