White House border czar Tom Homan said the Trump administration has uncovered who was behind a leak that sabotaged what was supposed to be a significant raid by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) targeting Tren de Aragua gang members in Aurora, Colorado
Fox News host Sean Hannity asked Homan Tuesday evening if the White House had made progress in its search for who tipped off the Venezuelan gang before ICE arrived on the scene on Feb. 5.
“Yes, made progress. We know who leaked the Aurora, Colorado, operation that is under investigation as we speak,” said Homan.
Homan did not offer further details about who was behind it or what kind of consequences that individual or individuals may face.
Homan disclosed that he was meeting Wednesday morning with Department of Justice officials to discuss the recent doxing of ICE officers in Los Angeles after fliers were posted showing four officers’ faces and names and warning the community to be on the lookout for them.
“CAREFUL WITH THESE FACES,” one flyer states.
“These armed agents work in Southern California. ICE and HSI racially terrorize and criminalize entire communities with their policies. They kidnap people from their homes and from the streets, separating families and fracturing communities. Many people have died while locked up in jails, prisons, and detention centers,” the flyer continued.
“I think that’s crossed the line of impediment, and I hope the Department of Justice agrees with me so we find out who’s doing it. Hopefully, we can prosecute him,” said Homan. “We’re not going to be bullied. We’re not going to be intimidated. What we’re going to do in these cities — we’ll double the manpower. We’ll flood those neighborhoods with DEA, ATF, FBI, ICE. We’ll double the effort. We’ll increase worksite enforcement operations in those communities. We’re not going to play a game with these people.”
Hannity said he anticipated that Attorney General Pam Bondi would take up the doxing as a “major legal issue.”
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem announced late Monday that she had fired DHS employees who leaked information to the press, though not specifically the Aurora leak.

“I have found some leakers. We are continuing to get more. They will be fired. There will be consequences. Remember, when they leak information to the press in order to blow an op, they are putting law enforcement lives in jeopardy,” Noem said on Fox News’ Hannity. “They are risking their lives and putting their families in the position where they have to live without those individuals any further. So, you bet we have used every tactic that we have.”
