Monday marks President Joe Biden's 81st birthday and the day that Biden will pardon the Thanksgiving turkeys, Liberty and Bell.

The press briefing comes a few days after the president signed Congress's continuing resolution, which will extend the deadline for the Agriculture, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Energy and Water appropriations bills until Jan. 19 and the remaining eight bills until Feb. 2.
