 <br><span class="ArticlePage-articleBody-firstLetter">T</span>he <a class="Link" href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/tag/white-house" target="_blank">White House</a> is holding a press briefing as former President <a class="Link" href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/tag/donald-trump" target="_blank">Donald Trump</a> is set to be arraigned in <a class="Link" href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/tag/new-york">Manhattan</a> after being indicted by a grand jury on Thursday.

Trump, President Joe Biden's predecessor and potential opponent in the 2024 election, is <a class="Link" href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/policy/courts/trump-indicted-people-wait-outside-courthouse-ahead-of-arraignment" target="_blank">set to be arraigned at 2:15 p.m.</a> at the Manhattan Criminal Court. 

The briefing also comes as Biden says that <a class="Link" href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/white-house/biden-nato-finland" target="_blank">NATO is "stronger" with the admission of Finland</a> as the alliance's 31st member on Tuesday.

The press briefing is scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m.
