Presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy will unveil his foreign policy platform at the Richard Nixon Presidential Library Thursday night.

Ramaswamy's speech will be part of the Richard Nixon Foundation's 2024 Presidential Policy Perspective candidate series.

The conservative entrepreneur posted about his speech on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Aug. 11, saying he plans to shift the nation from "liberal hegemony" into "Modern Monroe Doctrine."

"We will support freezing the current lines of control, reopening economic relations with Russia, & a hard commitment that NATO will not admit Ukraine in return for Russia exiting its military partnership with China, removing nuclear weapons from Kaliningrad, and ending its military presence in the Western Hemisphere — a reverse maneuver of what Nixon accomplished with Mao in 1972," Ramaswamy said.

He is rising steadily in the polls, sitting at third place in most national polls behind former President Donald Trump and Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL). He holds a RealClearPolitics average of 6.7%.

Ramaswamy's speech at the Richard Nixon Foundation's candidate series will begin at 11 p.m. EDT on Thursday.
