Vice President <a href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/tag/kamala-harris/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" title="">Kamala Harris</a> is in <a href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/tag/indiana/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" title="">Indianapolis</a> to deliver the keynote speech at Zeta Phi Beta’s biennial convention on Wednesday at 12:45 p.m. EDT.

A member of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Zeta Phi Beta is a historically African American sorority founded in 1920 at Howard University.

Harris is not a sister of Zeta Phi Beta, but she did pledge to Alpha Kappa Alpha, another historically black sorority, during her time as a student at Howard University.
