Trump will sign the bill during a signing ceremony, in which fighter jets and a stealth bomber are expected to fly during the White House Fourth of July picnic. The signing of the massive tax and spending bill marks a major legislative win for Trump in his second term. The House passed the bill 218-214, with only two Republican defections.
