Trump said Sunday that Europe will pay for aid to Ukraine and that he will make a “major announcement” concerning Ukraine funding Monday. “Trump is really pissed at Putin. His announcement tomorrow is going to be very aggressive,” Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said.
