Former President Donald Trump is holding a campaign rally in Fort Dodge, Iowa, less than two months ahead of the Republican presidential caucus in the state.

Trump is scheduled to begin speaking at the Team Trump Iowa Commit to Caucus Event at Fort Dodge High School at 4 p.m. Eastern.

The former president holds a significant lead over the rest of the GOP field in Iowa, according to the RealClearPolitics polling average, with 47%, compared to Gov. Ron DeSantis's (R-FL) 17.3% and former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley's 14.3%. Trump's chief rival in the Hawkeye State, DeSantis, did receive a boost recently in the state by getting the endorsement of Gov. Kim Reynolds (R-IA).
