


President Donald Trump is delivering remarks at Michigan’s Selfridge Air National Guard Base alongside Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI).
The president will begin speaking around 4:10 p.m. Tuesday during his first visit to Michigan since taking office in January.

Trump is also scheduled to visit Macomb County’s Community College Sports Expo Center on Tuesday and hold a rally celebrating his first 100 days back in office.
His event with Whitmer comes just weeks after she came under fire for appearing with Trump in the Oval Office. The Democratic governor made headlines for covering her face with folders during the event to hide from photographers, a move she later said she regretted making.
