Former President Donald Trump is speaking in Erie, Pennsylvania, as just over five weeks remain until the November presidential election.

Trump is expected to deliver remarks at the Pennsylvania rally at 1 p.m. just an hour and a half’s drive north from where he was targeted in an attempted assassination in Butler this summer.

Pennsylvania is a crucial state for Trump or Vice President Kamala Harris to win. The Keystone state has 19 electoral college votes, the most of any of the top seven swing states.

Both Trump and Harris have increased campaigning in the state in recent weeks as the candidates remain neck-and-neck. Recently, polling compiled by FiveThirtyEight found that Harris has a slight lead over Trump in Pennsylvania with 48.2% of voter support compared to 46.9% support for the Republican.
