Former President Donald Trump will be speaking at the National Guard Association of the United States conference in Detroit, Michigan, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.

In attendance will be more than 4,200 Guard officers, along with their spouses.

This is the second time Trump will speak at the conference after he spoke at it in 2016, when it was held in Baltimore.

Since 1992, the association has hosted at least one major-party candidate.

The association extended an invitation for Vice President Kamala Harris to speak.

It is reported that former Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard will be giving her endorsement to Trump during the address.
