Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a Democratic presidential candidate challenging President Joe Biden, is hosting a press conference in New York ahead of his town hall Tuesday evening.
The event, titled 'Fighting Antisemitism. Championing Israel,' comes as Kennedy himself faces allegations of antisemitism for comments suggesting COVID-19 was designed to target certain ethnic groups but spared Jewish people.

“My lifelong relationship with the Jewish community and support for Israel speaks for itself, and I greatly look forward to joining ‘America’s Rabbi,’ my friend Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, to address issues of concern to my Jewish brothers and sisters, this Tuesday in New York City before a live audience," Kennedy said in a statement.

“At this dangerous time for American and world Jewry, where antisemitism is on the rise across the globe, it is imperative that those seeking the presidency deliver their unambiguous proposals for combating Jew-hatred and at this communal event, no subject will be off limits,” Kennedy said.
The press conference will commence at 8 p.m. EDT, one hour before the 2024 candidate participates in a town hall moderated by Fox News’s Sean Hannity.
