Patel is expected to talk about the progress the bureau has made in pursuing Kirk’s killer. His killer has not been identified yet, but the FBI and the Utah Department of Public Safety released several photos of a person of interest Thursday evening.

The person of interest appeared young with dark hair and dark clothing. They had a black backpack and a shirt with the American flag on it.
