LEGAL ABORTIONS FELL 6% IN SIX MONTHS AFTER SUPREME COURT OVERTURNED ROE
The announcement will come two days after James led a multistate coalition to challenge a ruling from a Texas Judge that would halt approval from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the medication abortion drug, mifepristone, which has been in place for almost two decades.
California, the District of Columbia, Illinois, and Massachusetts are among the states that signed onto the coalition, which is made up of 22 states and D.C. in total.
