Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is set to meet with members of Congress and President Joe Biden on Thursday, arriving in Washington, D.C., as Republicans push back on giving more aid to Ukraine.

Sullivan has been meeting with global leaders to build U.S. relationships, such as Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Wednesday. Sullivan also met in Europe with China's top diplomat Wang Yi over the weekend, discussing global and regional security issues.
